IMPORTANT NOTICE
Two very important points were discussed and voted for at the last meeting on the 19th October 2015.
- The new venue for our meetings will be in the coffe shop section of Groeneweide (the old Joli Fleur Nursery) as from mid January 2016. Our meetings will still be held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 6.30pm. The staff at Groeneweide will make coffee and tea which will be on sale there and in the winter months they will prepare some nice soup and rolls. The vote was unanimous by the members who were present at the meeting.
- The committe put forward a request to increase the monthly fees to R180.00 per annum (which amounts to R15.00 per month). We would like to be able to renumerate our visiting speakers who we invite as well as plan more training sessions for those interested parties. The vote was also unanimous by all the members who were present.
COMMUNICATION
The clubs communication was also discussed and it was agreed that the clubs preferred methods of communication are: Whatsapp; Facebook and the Website. Each member is reminded that it is their responsibility to check for any updates from time to time. Only URGENT or immediate communication will be sent via SMS.
YEAR END FUNCTION
The Year End function will be in the form of a braai at Groeneweide on the 27th November 2015. Please see invitation here
